I came to Dr. Spencer after having been told that I could no longer take Ibuprofen for pain. Having suffered for years from chronic neck and shoulder pain, and more recently from left hip pain, I was skeptic, but after a couple of visits I was ready to begin the extensive treatment, now combined with at home exercise (I'm not that consistent.) I report that I now feel much better, my pain level is lower and I have accepted ice. The employees are all extremely kind, Bethany, Amber, Sonya in the office, Dr. Spencer is amazing. Amber was great! She was very informative! I tried something new and I think as long and I keep eating healthy and working out I will continue to be healthy! Thank you for the information about the other program as well! I may try it!
