I came to Dr. Spencer after having been told that I could no longer take Ibuprofen for pain. Having suffered for years from chronic neck and shoulder pain, and more recently from left hip pain, I was skeptic, but after a couple of visits I was ready to begin the extensive treatment, now combined with at home exercise (I'm not that consistent.) I report that I now feel much better, my pain level is lower and I have accepted ice. The employees are all extremely kind, Bethany, Amber, Sonya in the office, Dr. Spencer is amazing. My favorite is Leslie, who is an angel. She has an amazing touch, she does the "Pheso" and laser treatments, and she also listens and distracts me to helps the time pass.
I have had a marvelous experience, I expect to continue taking care of myself with exercise, the smaller laser I purchased (a wonderful instrument) and better posture. I should mention reducing stress could help, but I haven't mastered that miracle yet.
