I complained about my back tooth several times! The surrounding Gums showed Infection and I was Dismissed with directions to rinse with salt water. I complained two more times. X-ray Taken and dismissed. The last time I complained they told me I had to be seen by a specialist that quoted me $2300!
I moved to Nebraska with this problem and knowing I have an untreated infection that was now around 8 months and having no insurance.. I was Seen by a 4 Th Year Dental STUDENT at Lincoln NE Dental School who saw right away that the tooth was infected and saw on the X-Ray my Root Canal was botched and saw a fracture and the infection! 👀👀$330 with no insurance and I was treated Today!! Tooth had been extracted! Could not be saved! It’s incredible.. A DENTAL Student solved the issue for very little! Very Disappointing that a “ Real Dentist “ couldn’t read an X Ray and treat! SMH!

The negative comments I have shared is based on my experience with this dental practice. Based on the previous Google reviews, I found them oddly familiar invalidated my complaints. I was told in December 2025 that I would receive a telephone call the first of the year to schedule an appointment based on my insurance cover starting in the new year. While I waited on the call from the office Insurance rep. to call me want to make sure my benefits were approved I started having problems a tooth. The tooth was causing me pain and i felt like I should address this pain asap. For the record I never received a follow up call as it related to upcoming your benefits. Nevertheless because I was in pain I called the office expressing concerns I need to see a dentist to address my concerns as it was related to the excruciating pain. When a telephone the office I spoke with the odious receptionist and explained to her I was in pain to the point of tears and I need to speak with a hygienist or the dentist. She took it upon herself to speak with them and told me I could go the urgent care as if Urgent Care could help me with a dental problem. Then to add insult to injury she said I can go to the hospital. I thought to myself who is condescending woman to give me medical advice as if she was a dentist without knowing the details other than I was in pain. Thus, to add additional insult to injury she said no appointment would be available until Monday! I asked her about emergency care or could she do a referral for emergency care? She replied with a stiff upper lip No!

Therefore, my issue is with the woman who answered the phone, and her lack of compassion. She treated with uncompromising disrespect. The behavior of this woman who answered the phone left me with the impression that she was heartless, and did not give a hoot! Just flat out cold condescend and arrogant employee.

This office was dental practice was recommended to me by two people. I will let them both know how I was treated and I have decided to seek a dentist that was not educated in Mississippi.

BTW, no rebuttal is necessary! Nothing anyone can say from this dental office can change the outcome or behavior of those you have hired and put in place to greet the public and or answer the phone. Base on the reviews I have read I am not the first person to get caught in the crosshairs of an office with poor office decorum towards patients and a medical staff that would push the responsibility of communicating with a sick patient and providing medical advice to a receptionist
The rude, dismissive, condescending, and cold environment made me feel like they were inconvenience. This behavior is often called a bad bedside manner. It can range from unprofessional rudeness (like ignoring concerns) to potentially actionable malpractice if leads to patient harm, with examples like insensitive communication ignoring fear and lack of clarity on treatment. As well as this office was aware of my medical condition..... Inclosing this is a clear case of indifference towards my dental needs.

My insurance was canceled in December which I was unaware of until February. I was forced to get new coverage. I completed and submitted paperwork in February for new insurance which apparently was out of network. The only thing this office needed to do was send it to their third-party provider so the insurance could be approved and they could be listed as in-network—a simple, no-cost task.
Despite multiple follow-ups, the paperwork was never processed by their third party, and my insurance was never approved for use here. As a result, I am now out of network and forced to start over with a new dentist in another town just to continue treatment.
This was completely preventable. Their failure to follow through has directly cost me access to care.

Always super patient with my kiddos. They are extremely helpful everytime we've needed anything or had any questions about coverage for adults etc.

I love it that I can go here when I'm in the south and they work with my dentist when I'm in the north.!

The entire staff have always been so patient, informative, kind, and precise. Not only have they left myself with beautiful results after an emergency visit, they made my child look forward to visiting again. Dr. Holland is a miracle worker, and truly gifted in her area of expertise. She is quick to listen, and slow to speak, in such a fast paced environment. Her assistant was just as incredible also. After 25+ years of extensive dental work, my perspective has truly been changed. I look forward to the next visit, and so is my 9 year old. Today, we left with a gift that had me in tears at one point, and for that I thank God and this practice, these doctors and assistants. We’ve found our forever dentist, and you will too after you’re visit.

I am visiting the gulf coast for a few months and yesterday, my temporary crown popped off. I called a few places but no one could help right away. I drove to the office and presented my problem. Someone had just canceled and luckily, I was seen right away. Dr. Holland, the hygienist and receptionist could not have been any nicer. If I lived here, this dental office would be my choice.

    BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS ATTACHED!!!

They’re training new staff so it wouldn’t be realistic to expect everything to be perfect immediately but if there are issues you can always get in touch with the higher ups. They’re really polite and are empathetic towards tooth and jaw pain and will work with you on whatever situation you are facing with your treatment plan. I came to them a few years ago and had a bridge done (I was always uncomfortable with my smile before that) and they fixed my smile and gave me confidence I never had before. I unfortunately inherited crowded teeth from my parents and have suffered immensely from it my whole life and they have been the only dental care facility that has been willing to do more than just removing teeth like the other doctors have recommended. I heard they also do Botox sometimes so when I get my dental situation under control I wouldn’t mind exploring those options too as I enter my mid 30’s ☺️ from my experience they have only employed pure SKILL because that’s what it took to fix my smile.
