“Getting some one to talk to over the phone was just unnecessarily difficult. However when I finally got someone, they were quick to the point, got my appointment set and the call was over in 3 minutes and they answered all of my questions.When I got to my appointment in the store everything went pretty smooth. Every thing seemed to take a reasonable amount of time, friendly folks, and they seemed focused on what I was wanting to get done. (Replace a keyboard and get a screen protector for my tablet.)Would be 5 stars if the phone menu wasn't nearly impossible. I'll just stop inside to make an appointment next time.“
