Equipment ordered for release from rehab 2 weeks in advance. Waited all day and didn't show up. Didn't deliver until after release, challenge getting patient home without it. Wheelchair doesn't have right parts. Left several messages and no one returns calls to correct the situation

Today I visited your Gulfport MS store. The hours were posted on a digital sign. But they had posted a sign on a piece of paper closing at 3:00pm. Closed to clean the carpet. Closed two hours early and couldn’t annotate it on the website for the day. Why when the store is closed on Saturday and Sunday couldn’t the carpets be cleaned then. No loss of business no inconvenience to customers. Shows poor customer service to a negligible amount.

Called Friday at 4pm needed hospital bed that day talked to Taj nothing but miraculous. Recieved bed that evening from Hattiesburg office delivered by Carl christmas just as friendly and professional as could be. Setup and educating us about operation. Great company

Waited 5 months for supplies because no one knows what paperwork is needed for insurance. Never received call backs when promised to do so. Poor customer service. . The employees seriously need intense customer service training
