The people were really nice, did what they said they would do. The tech was very nice, his customer service is a 5 plus. He took his time making sure my new air conditioner was installed and explain everything. Very experienced and so thankful for all they did! I highly recommend them!!

We pulled into Biloxi on a June Saturday afternoon and found that our AC had given up the ghost. I am an HVAC mechanic by trade and had determined that the compressor was no longer operational. I reached out to Dave's and they were on site within 2 hours. They confirmed it was bad, and then worked with my warranty company to expedite the repair. They had the new unit in the next day and installed by 4 p.m. There was an issue with a factory part that needed further attention, and they returned the next morning and had us up and running by 10 a.m. I cannot say enough good about this company. In today's technology and modern-driven world, Dave, Donna, and Lane delivered good old-fashioned work ethic, and I cannot relay how appreciated they are. Me, the wife and 5 kids thank you!

Dave is no good he has said multiple times that he keeps people's rvs for longer than he has to so he can raise the price of their repair. Also that man has the nastiest attitude of any person I've ever met in my life!

We had a new air conditioner installed on our 2000 Infinity, class A motorhome by Dave's RV. After installation the unit wasn't working when we turned it on with the thermostat. The installers left that day and still no air, but someone would come out the following day to get it running. Days later they got it going by reinstalling the new controller and installing a new thermostat. We were happy they were able to get our new air conditioner running and I recommend Dave's because they were very goodto us.

Cannot be more appreciative of our experience with Dave and his staff. We called at 3am to leave message and received a return call before their posted hours. We brought in same day and received a solution and fix within 4 hours. Picked up our RV at 4pm and was even greeted with 2 roses for me and my spouse as it was Valentine’s Day. Please go support this gem of a business.
