However, some staff members have been reported as rude and discriminatory. Overall, the experience can vary, but many appreciate the attentive care and humor from the doctor.
According to my kids the doctor and the tech were friendly. I have a feeling ppl return because of them. I scheduled an appointment for my three kids and my husband, none of them will be returning. My biggest pet peeve is poor customer service because being nice or cordial is literally a part of your job description. I’m not even asking for the red carpet treatment but acknowledgement and speaking when I walk into their place of business would be nice. All the negative reviews about this place are warranted. I was nervous after reading reviews but I had a great experience! The ladies at the front were sweet and efficient and Dr. Barker was great! He was quick but thorough and so friendly! I’ll be sticking with Crossroads for my whole families eye needs.
The receptionist was extremely rude when we arrived 10 minutes late. We told her why we were late and she rolled her eyes and sighed, then replied with a sarcastic tone. The eye doctor however was very nice and funny.
