We tried calling all morning and got no answer. We couldn't find the office so we were 10 mins late and they wouldn't see my daughter. The lady at the front desk was very rude!!

We recently went to Crossroads Family Vision for my daughter's eye exam. The service was friendly and quick, and Dr. Barker really helped my daughter to feel at ease. By the time we left, she was excited about the possibilities for her new glasses!

I broke my glasses three weeks ago, and needed an appointment for a new prescription, and new frames. So I called to make an appointment. Well, that appointment was today. I left my job in enough time to account for traffic, and such. I arrived this morning, parked, and walked into the office which took about 2 or three minutes. I went to check in and was told “your appointment was at 10:15 you have to reschedule.” My watch literally said 10:17. The receptionist then proceeded to tell me “we give our patients a five minute grace period, if they aren’t here within that time they have to reschedule.” I was two minutes late which is well within the grace period,...read full review
