We are on an RV trip and my glasses broke. After multiple hassles which I will describe below I called Belk Eye Clinic and tried to schedule an eye appointment. The person said there were no appointments available that day but when I explained the situation she said to bring the glasses in they would figure out a way to fix them. I went in and sure enough they fixed the glasses (that I was sure were unfixable ). Not only that but they recommended a store to go to to pick up some things. I called yesterday with an issue with my eye and they were able to get me in immediately today.I came early for my appointment today..The young lady up front checked me right in.. She was very cordial in checking me in. To my surprise they got me right back since no one was waiting. I love when that happens.? The Tech checked my glasses and prepared me for the Dr Winslet. The doctor examined my eye and found my problem. A Rx was sent to pharmacy. Feeling much better. Many thanks to Belk Eye Clinic and Staff for getting me right in.

I was frantically trying to find an eye clinic that had an available spot during the holiday season. I could not find anyone, until I called Belk Eye Clinic, they had many openings. The staff was so nice. During my exam, the pictures they took of my eyes, actually alerted them to a health issue I have, and I did not even know. I went to an emergency clinic and they did confirm what the eye doctor had told me. So, I am very thankful. Please do your routine eye exams, shockingly your eyes tell a lot about the rest of your body. Belk Eye Clinic, has great friendly people, wonderful service, and very knowledgeable staff.
