If I could give them 10 stars, I would! When we dropped our cats off, two of them had made messes in their carriers. I had offered to get the towels out and throw them away. They told me not to worry that they would wash them. Everything was clean when we came to pick them, even the cats were clean and smelled nice. Our long haired cat who gets tangles in her fur all of the time was brushed out. She had absolutely no tangles, and her coat is soft as can be. It surprised me when they told me that she would come out to see them, I was shocked. She generally hides from new people, there are just a handful of people that she will visit. I love love this place. I boarded 3 dogs with them. One is pretty old and set in her ways and she was not happy being there and would not let the staff get by her after I left. They still cared for her as much as they could until i could get someone to pick her up bc we were out of town. They were so kind and gracious to me and my dogs. The other 2 stayed and adapted really well and they loved their stay.

When I called to get boarding rates the gentleman was very helpful and friendly. He emailed all paperwork promptly. Unfortunately we had to cancel trip. Next time we need a dog boarder we will surely go there. My neighbor highly recommended them.
