Called to set an appointment, on hold for a little while (no big deal), but then they answered and promptly hung up on me. How rude! Called back, and they did it again. Is this how you run your business? Unbelievable.

Do not recommend the biloxi pediatric center!!! We saw Wendy williams, and she was great but getting an appointment is like talking to a woman who can never understand what you are saying! Every time i call the woman always takes forever and never understands me. I asked for the pediatrician to call me once and was never called. They won’t see your kids if you even think they have covid. They say “you have to wait 6 days”. You usually can’t get a sick appointment on the same day either. Will be finding another pediatrician office. I would leave negative stars if i could!

Take 30 MINUTES to get on the phone with these people. REFUSED TO GIVE US A DR EXCUSE FOR DAYS OF WORK WE MISSED BC OF THEIR SLOW TIME. THEN THEY HANG UP ON YOU WHEN YOU GET SLIGHTLY UPSET W THEM. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE.
