There customer service to a pool robot malfunction was great. Barry took in our unit which under warranty and made the proper repairs and it was returned in good working order last 4 days or so and done the same thing he promptly within 24 hrs took it in and replaced it with a new brand that has worked flawless! And he has had the other brand removed due issues just now starting to arise the brand I had. Thank you for looking out for your customers!!

Thanks! to the Staff, Manager, Service Tech, Laura from Clearwater Service, and Marquis Spa. I purchased a Marquis Spa in Oct of '21. Love my Spa, but not everything we purchase lasts forever or works perfectly. Almost a year after purchase it stopped working. It took awhile, but They made good on their Warranty. My Spa is working and I am enjoying it, Thanks to those who helped!
