Family Time Cleaners, formerly R & S Cleaners, has been in business over 40 years. They provide dry cleaning, laundry, alterations, and shoe and boot repair. Their team has years of experience in outstanding customer service. They treat everyone like friends. They offer a convenient drive thru, 24 hr. drop box, and free home pick up and delivery. Customers say they did a fantastic job steaming a ball gown, making it wrinkle-free and perfectly prepped for an event. Another customer’s delicate outfit had stains that came out, exceeding expectations. A first time customer was impressed by the way they welcomed their business, the promptness of service, and their level of communication. One customer needed dress pants hemmed and pressed; they dropped them off Monday morning and they were back hemmed and pressed on Tuesday afternoon. Another family has used Family Time Cleaners for as long as they can remember and will continue, calling it a great place with awesome customer service that can’t be beat.
I want to personally thank the owner of this wonderful establishment that has come to Cleveland, Mississippi. I am a local pastor and I took my clergy robe there a few days ago and got it back a day early. Now this is where the blessing really comes in.... Yesterday, i received my sister's dress for her funeral wear in the mail that was wrinkled and needed to be pressing like in a hurry. Needless to say I came in the Cleveland store around 4:50pm (closing at 5:30pm) in a panic and was told to calm down... we got you. To make a long story short, I got my sister's dress back, free of charge, to the funeral home within 40 minutes after closing. They made it happened...read full review
Family Time Cleaners exceeded my expectations! I dropped off a delicate outfit that had stains that we both thought may not come out, and guess what??? They did!!!! Day made, as a first time customer you now have a long time customer! Thank you!
Greenwood location. Needed a pair of dress pants hemmed and pressed. Went to the other cleaners in Greenwood and they said it would take over a week. For my situation, I couldn’t wait that long.
Called Family Time cleaners and they said that I would have them by Thursday. Well, that was an understatement! Dropped them off Monday morning and they were back hemmed and pressed on Tuesday afternoon!
