Duke AC was very prompt in responding to our call. They came out and gave us an estimate with an hour or two of assessing what needed to be done. They set up an appointment for making the gas line connection for our stove within a few days of our first call to which they arrived exactly at the time they set. They also let us know before hand they were in route which gave us time to put up all our dogs. They were very professional and did not waste any time getting their work done. We are very pleased with their work. Thanks Duke AC!!

Thank you for the professional job that was done. The young gentleman who came to service the a/c was knowledgeable, courteous, prompt. Nothing but good to say about the experience.
