Even though they were not in network with our Home Warranty Logan worked with them to get our claim approved and replacement hot water heater ordered. Came by same day to inspect as initial call and we are well on the way to having a new hot water heater.

Very Professional and knowledgeable about the plumbing issue we were having. He was able to fix the problem without any issues. Very organized and had all of the equipment he needed. Cleaned up and didn’t leave a mess.
