Quality medical is uncaring, and refuse to take action in a desperate situation involving my wheelchair. I received the chair about March of 2017. I'm having problem with the wheel coming off, this has happened on two occasions. The lady asked me what did I do to make it happen because it's just a little over a year old. I said that's exactly my point! Then she said, we'll send someone out when their in the area. I explained to her that I need my chair to go to appointments and such. Apparently, that didn't matter to her because she offered me no further assistance. So please people, take your business to someone who cares.
