Basically told me to go kick rocks because I wasn’t a prior client when my dog had an emergency.

Wonderful animal clinic for our fur baby! The vets are great with our dog and very knowledgeable. The staff is very caring and friendly.

We trusted this clinic with our puppy's shots and spaying.
They found other issues with her ears and skin as well.
They were extremely thorough with our baby, and very friendly, yet professional with us.
They explained the process and our puppy's situation to us in a way that we could understand easily.
We can't thank Dr. Nordan and his staff enough for all their help.
5 stars because there isn't a 10 star choice.
We'll definitely be using them in the future.

After, a bad experience at the other place in Greenville...
When my cat had respiratory issues I took her here.
Unlike the... Other vet place...
They actually pin pointed the problem.
We're managing well.
Although it's sadly terminal we're managing better than if we still went... To the other clinic because these people ACTUALLY understood the need to do tests for pertinent issues.

I will not be back. I waited 1 1/2 hours (with an appointment and got there on time) for them to call us back. And I was never told there would be a wait. Others waiting there were getting frustrated also. When I got to the patient room, I heard several staff people behind the door goofing off… To make matters worse, they have awfully uncomfortable wooden benches in the waiting area, so I left there with a hurt butt and back, in addition to my time wasted.
Not long ago I called with an urgent question about my cat’s behavior. I was told the on call vet would call me back… I never heard back. Take your pet to someone who cares about It and you.

I recently received a cat from a neighbour.
Sadly, she had a respiratory infection.
I needed to get her treated.
I could not travel far due to work and time constraints.
I had a rotten experience with those other guys down the street so... I called these guys.
Thankfully I was able to get her seen the very hour I called.
We're on day 3 of treatment and she's absolutely been improving.
Thank you guys. I appreciate it.

At first of me taking my baby Chief. I thought they would be a good vet for him. Because Dr. Norton I think is his name. And his staff was very compassionate with my dog. As I continued to take him there I started noticing things. They gave Chief to another doctor to see. While in their care his thumb paw was ripped out. They charged me for something that happened to him while he was in their care. I debated it so they refund partial of my payment back. So on yesterday August 7,2024 I took Chief to have a smell good bath. And he came back to me smelling the same as he did when I took him. So now we have a balance of $19 and some change left in the account. I think after this I will drive back to Tupelo to Amy Posh Pups Grooming Salon. She the best ever!! My baby haven’t smelled that good since we relocated.
