My only problem is the last time I came I was told two different prices when I contacted them over the phone it was $200 then when I got there it was $330.But other than that they had great customer service.

This is my second time getting my hair done here and each time I have came I was welcome with love. They are all so nice and respectful, they made sure I was comfortable and happy with my hair style before i left. Ms. Eva was amazing, My appointment was at 9am I was late because I was lost, Ms. Eva took the time to step outside the shop to guide me along the way she gave me directions and never hung up the phone until I made it safe & sound so thank you Ms. Eva, The first hair style was knotless braids which the young lady did an amazing job, So thankz to her as well, This time I got Micro braids & Omg they are fabulous. took a lil while but heyyy it was worth...read full review

I must admit my hair turned out cute, but the braider was very unprofessional and rude. Anytime I asked her question in regards to my hair she would get mad throw a fit walk off, talking loud. I was like if I'm spending MY MONEY, I have the right to ask questions. My appointment was 9am. They didn't come to the shop until 945. They have no respect for other people time. I guess they think cause they're the only African shop on this town they can treat people any kind of way. I don't like to xhair hop but they don't have to worry about me returning.If she's Eva daughter she's going to be the reason alot of people don't come back.
