Our family has a wonderful experience with Ms Home Care, my mother in law and father in law were in the care of nurse Christy Bates. They both loved her, she was amazing with them always so happy when she arrived and she always gave us a time she would be there. They both were hard of hearing and Christy was able to get them to understand what she was doing that day. We love her like family, she’s been the best thing for them. Christy was always just a phone call away if we had any questions. My in law’s both passed away this month 12 days apart ages were 91 and 93 and with the help of Christy they were both at home with a day sitter, she was so attentive to their needs and we couldn’t have made it through having them at home for so long without her. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing Home Health for a loved one.
I had a wonderful experience with ms home care and Christy Bates. I’m very glad she has helped me get to where I am but I don’t want to stop my home health. I will definitely be calling this nurse if I ever need home health again !!
