I've been dealing with Enhabit for over a year. Communication sucks for the caregivers. There is a lack of empathy with this company and it unbelievable. It's all about the money and not about the patients, caregivers and employees. I've witnessed the most bs that breaks my heart. Enhabit had a beautiful person that went above and beyond her job that made me as a caretaker secuure. Jake made the decision and never considered the patients or the caregivers. We matter too.
