I have used this place for years, and I never had any issue until this past week with the weather. The price is great and the quality is always top notch, but I was not informed that they "weren't working" during bad weather. Now, I am going to be late for work because my work clothes aren't available yet. Luckily, my part time job is working with me, but this could have been catastrophic.

The ower and staff did a wonderful job on my belongings my father had just passed away and I had to be in Dallas Texas the got my clothes done the same day because they didn't know if they could do it the next day because of snow they are number one in my eyes for doing what the DOD for me
