Edit: there's a running joke in home health - if their census is too high, they aren't going to overload their nurses. Just send to Accentcare. That's why Accentcare can't keep a field nursing staff. They show up at 7.00 at night.Call you the day they coming tell you they are 30 minutes away. When you have many appointments outside of home. You need it on calendar. They say they going to see someone else call you never call. The nurses make their own schedules. NOT how it is supposed to be.Thought patients come 1st.
