I went here two days ago based on a reference from an employee at another financial institution down the road, where I didn't qualify for a loan.
This was my first time getting loan in my life at 29 during a very challenging time, and my experience couldn't have been better! Ms. Terrica Ogarro was the person who helped me, and she was absolutely wonderful. As someone who knew NOTHING about loans, she explained everything very clearly to me, and she answered any and all questions I had succinctly and very clearly! She has a sweet demeanor and is an extremely nice, competent and peaceful person.
Melissa C was absolutely outstanding! She was very personable, kind, witty and just a lovely lady all around. Times are tough right now for a lot of people and she put me at ease. I can not thank her enough. She is a true asset to your company. She was quick too! ?
