Massage Envy offers massage, skincare, and stretch services to promote overall well-being. Clients often share positive experiences with certain providers, praising their skills and the relaxing atmosphere created. Many mention that their first massage with a provider like Jim was especially memorable, describing it as possibly the best they've ever had. The staff at the front desk are also recognized for being kind and helpful.
Some clients appreciate attentive and caring therapists such as Teron, who understands the body well and provides the right pressure and elongated movements. Others enjoy the professionalism and friendly service, like the massage with Brad, which relieved tension and was both firm and enjoyable. Many customers find the membership options, including a free 60-minute session every month, to be very reasonable and worth signing up for.
While some feel the service quality can vary depending on the provider, Massage Envy has been responsive to customer feedback, working to address concerns and ensure a positive experience for all.
Always a wonderful experience. Shianne was wonderful and really paid attention to the areas that needed a little extra attention. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Melissa was especially fantastic. She was so personable and made the experience relaxing and comfortable from the moment I walked in!
I’ve had AMAZING massages with both Martha and Chauntis! I carry a lot of tension in my upper body and in both sessions they helped me tremendously! The front desk staff is also so kind and the facility overall is very clean!
Was greeted by an amazing associate ready to get me into my appointment. I was brought to the tranquility room to prepare for my massage and enjoyed to soft lighting and overall atmosphere that was geared toward relaxation. My massage was very nice the therapist was very professional during my service and checked on my well being during my service. I then had an amazing facial with a very informed provider and was very knowledgeable about my skin and was an overall great experience. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing experience.
