This was great a few years ago but the customer service is not the same anymore. I used to walk in and there was a door greeter to direct you to what area in the store you needed. There were always employees walking around and would acknowledge you and offer to help. Yesterday when I went into the face cream aisle, the employee saw me, stopped her restocking and walked to the next aisle without acknowledging me. Then when walking to the register, 2 employees were talking to each and laughing and one walked past me again with no acknowledge or asking if I needed help.
