“The staff is friendly. On my last visit I was a 'walk-in'. Unfortunately, one of the doctors was out so his patients were being seen by the other doctors in addition to their own patients. Of course they were running behind.
The receptionist apologized, explained the situation, and asked me to take a seat. I wasn't turned away.
Later, a staff member brought a basket of treats to the waiting area, apologized for the wait and offered treats to anyone who wanted one.
My doctor, Dr Thurber, is very good and Itrusthimwith my eyes. He's treated my optical issues since I moved to the coast a few years ago.
