I can report I had an exceptionally favorable experience ordering prescription glasses and sunglasses today at the Walmart Biloxi Vision Center. The optical department representative (Lily) was extraordinarily helpful in ordering lenses and frames for me and worked hard to present all the available options that resulted in considerable savings over a major competitor.

We were visiting from out of town, my grandma broke her glasses and we stopped in to have them fixed. The associate who helped (Janie) was EXTREMELY helpful and had her glasses fixed in no time!

Jennifer is the sweetest person! She did a great job selling us glasses and making sure we were taken care of! I definitely recommend her to everyone who is looking to get a nice pair of glasses, or just help with eye care!?
