My husband and I had to stop here to hope for contact lenses since we were almost 5 hours away from home when I realized I did not grab mine for our honeymoon. I was in distraught because our excursions for the cruise required me to be able to see without my glasses. We came in and met with Jennifer. SHE WAS A GOD SENT. She helped us get some contacts and was so sweet and eager to help. We talked and she wished us nothing but the best. This was the best Walmart experience we have ever had with an employee and I can never thank her enough for saving our honeymoon!!!
I went in to get glasses (I haven’t gotten a new pair in about 3 years). Jennifer helped me the second I walked in, and I cannot praise her enough. I picked out, I kid you not, 20 different glasses to try on. I apologized the whole time about how many I was picking and she hushed my apologies and expressed how happy she was to put them back when we were finished. She sat with me for 15 minutes as we compared frame by frame which one looked and fit best on me. I felt like I was being taken care of by a dear friend or family member. She was kind, warm, professional, and helpful. This business is very lucky to have her.
On Feb 7 Chris helped me order new glasses as my old frames broke and were basically, unrepairable. He was very knowledgeable and professional. On Feb 13 Jennifer gave me my new glasses, and she too was very knowledgeable and professional. They were both friendly, the price was reasonable, and I am extremely pleased with the Walmart Vision Center in Biloxi. I recommend it!
