“Had an appointment 1-14-2021at the Ocean Springs, MS location.1) Staff very professional. During these times, took our info and temp at the door, protocol I know. She ushered us in and told the desk clerk that I was there. (My husband was there in case I was dilated, which I was)2) We arrived 30 minutes early because I'm a new patient and they have no patient history on me. Upon check-in, I was given the paperwork and proceeded to fill it in. 3) I was called back about 15 minutes prior to my appointment for the pre-lims. After that, I was put into an exam room so that I could wash my hands, remove contacts, and settle in.4) Optech came in, we discussed my history, everything was going along nicely.I bet by now you're expecting this to go awry...no instead, it got better...The Dr. Karina Moore-Massey came in and we continued the exam. She was thorough ,enough so to pick out a VERY large discrepancy from my current RX from a previous dr. and corrected it immediately. She answered my questions, dilated my eyes, and gave me good news that my eyes for my age (59) are still so healthy.I have 2 great reviews for this business...(1)would return and (2)recommend to anyone. I'm a Navy Veteran that was "outsourced" to this establishment and can see I was very pleased. This was the Ocean Springs location and although all locations are owned by the same person, the staff can have differences.“
