Crocker Heating & Air, Inc

Recently our 20 year old AC/Htg system died. Crocker team came out, gave me an estimate and showed up the next day. They removed old system, installed a complete new system same day. The technicians were polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. They cleaned up the work site and took time to answer all my questions about the new equipment. And importantly, did everything within the estimate. No surprises. If you need any kind of AC work, this is the company to call. Very very satisfied and impressed!

I’ve been using Crocker heating and air for about 2 years now and throughout all the issues I’ve ever had them come out to fix the prices have always been fair and reasonable. I love the service I receive when they come out from all their techs. Ive gotten quotes from many other companies and they always come in at the best price. There have been so many times I’ve called late at night about issues and Chris (the owner) would call me within 10 minutes to talk with me about it, which I appreciate so much. There have even been times I’ve called on the weekends and they’ll come out within an hour (I swear I keep my brother in law away from clippers and the ac power cord now!!)! I will use them as long as they’re in business! 10/10.

Friendly people with good work ethics. They showed up on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Willing to work with me to get me the best deal possible. I would recommend this company to family & friends… and down here in the south, that means something.
