We recently moved to Crystal Springs, almost a year ago. Blossman Gas is a terrible company to deal with. I highly recommend searching for a different company for all you gas and gas appliances.

This is the worst gas company I have ever dealt with. We had their service for several years and I can honestly say I have nothing good to say about them. The lady that answers the phone is rude and always made me feel like she was doing me a favor to answer my phone calls. No matter what problem I had they could never send anyone out to fix the problem for at least a month. Every appointment was at least one month away. I paid a yearly service contract on our gas logs but when I called to get them serviced it was close to two months before they could schedule an appointment. I just called Blossman in Crystal Springs talked to Dana. My gas logs, that I bought from Blossman won’t light. Pilot light works and burns but logs won’t ignite. This lady was rude and said she couldn’t help me till mid-February. This is ridiculous! I’ve been a customer for years, all gas appliances plus numerous other gas items bought, all from Blossman. Your service has gotten to be non-existent! Time to look for better customer service!
