Blossman Gas

We recently moved to Crystal Springs, almost a year ago. Blossman Gas is a terrible company to deal with. I highly recommend searching for a different company for all you gas and gas appliances.

This is the worst gas company I have ever dealt with. We had their service for several years and I can honestly say I have nothing good to say about them. The lady that answers the phone is rude and always made me feel like she was doing me a favor to answer my phone calls. No matter what problem I had they could never send anyone out to fix the problem for at least a month. Every appointment was at least one month away. I paid a yearly service contract on our gas logs but when I called to get them serviced it was close to two months before they could schedule an appointment. This happened year after year, not just one time. When we decided to change companies they told me they wouldn't pick up my tank because it had over 10% fuel left in tank, then they show up to pick it up with no paperwork, no names given. They take the tank and then send me a check for less than half of the gas I had in the tank. When asked about a breakdown of the refund I was told nothing except they only refund you for HALF of the gas you have in your tank, less fees. Seems to me that is something that should have been told to me upfront. But, as far as I was told, they weren't coming to get the tank anyway. And a phone call to Crystal Springs office got me the run around when trying to get answers and a Corporate Office phone number. Not to mention, Corporate won't call back.

I just called Blossman in Crystal Springs talked to Dana. My gas logs, that I bought from Blossman won’t light. Pilot light works and burns but logs won’t ignite. This lady was rude and said she couldn’t help me till mid-February. This is ridiculous! I’ve been a customer for years, all gas appliances plus numerous other gas items bought, all from Blossman. Your service has gotten to be non-existent! Time to look for better customer service!
