The definition of Southern Hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, nice environment. The staff were super great and helpful including Jasmine, Lauren, Amber and the best manager that I've EVER encountered:) Ms. Samantha Bogan! It's my new go to hotel whenever I'm in town.

Stayed here several years ago and it was just so so. Wow! Totally wonderful this time! All staff were super friendly, greeted when arriving and when leaving! Housekeeping was also friendly and engaging! Great job, everyone! ?

We are a military family who just moved from Las Vegas to Columbus, and after several days on the road we were so grateful for the warm welcome at the Courtyard by Marriott. Amber at the front desk was absolutely amazing—she greeted us with genuine kindness, quickly found us a room even without a reservation, and made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. Her professionalism, warmth, and hospitality truly stood out and set the tone for our stay. After such an exhausting journey, having someone like Amber go above and beyond meant a lot.
