In the months we've dealt with them, the customer service has, I must admit, generally not been good. We can never get Mr. Blair to return a phone call or email. (Does he see the email and ignore it, even though we're spending $20,000?) I found it difficult to deal with another employee last year and had to find another salesman. It's tough to say why this is the case, but the best answer that I can divine is that it's the honor culture of a mid-sized rural Mississippi town not to be too attentive to the customer. Awesome place to work with! Sandy was very responsive to my questions. They were able to get a marker set up for me. They also helped me with getting things set up to arrange a marker that needed move at a cemetery. When it came time to get the new marker set up, their team came out despite not very favorable weather to get it set up for me. The team that came out for the installation were a pleasure to speak with, and went above my expectations. This is a wonderful, and welcoming, place to work with! Amazing experience!

Mr. Sanders Edmonson is an absolute standout. I had a great experience with him. He took very considerate care pertaining to my love ones. The head stones were beautiful, and delivered with care. Thank you Columbus Marble Works.
