Words alone cannot express the gratitude we have for the fine folks of Gulf State Roofing. After my 90-year-old father suffered roof damage from a recent tornado, The Insurance Company denied our claim for a new roof. Tonya Farmer and every single employee went above and beyond to be sure my Dad was taken care of. We Didn’t do a thing. Gulf State proved to the insurance company why a new roof was needed. The install went super smoothly and they cleaned up everything really well! After the first hard rain, we noticed a small leak so I called and in less than an hour they were there, fixed the small issue and were gone. Super friendly, great customer service! The owner and the crew were excellent!
Gulf states did an incredible job. John and Tonya were wonderful to work with and quick response with my questions and concerns. Helped us deal with our insurance company. Made us feel at ease. Quality work. We would highly recommend.
