I was there on Wednesday with my boys River and Phoenix. Ever since my River is not himself. He's very afraid of my husband and me. The doctor was NOT gentle at all with either of my dogs to the point he made River bleed. I have never seen a doctor so much in a hurry. I am DEVASTATED about River, I don't know how to make him be himself again. ?? I am not happy with the service I received.

Dr. Sanford was great with my baby girl Jane today. Found out what was wrong with her. She never lets anyone pet her but a few people. She put her feet up on Dr. Sanford when we were about to leave and let him pet her. We love him !

everyone is super nice and very knowledgeable at what they do. love the groomers, they do such a great job with our babies. Maria grooms mine and they just loooove her, but both girls are great. Highly recommend for ur fur babies care.

Dr Loper is the kindest spirit ive ever had the opportunity to deal with. She allowed me grieving time with my fur baby.

Never again for grooming services. They gave the wrong message to the groomer, the young lady that gave the groomer the message made every excuse in the book and no one could explain why the cut looked like something I did at home....Horrible experience and I will not be back!!!!!!
