“Kim and Kara were knowledgeable patient and kind. The front desk ladies were polite and organized. Kara explained the process of what I needed very well and Kim was gentle and patient while drawing my blood as I am very afraid of needles. However, it wasnt nearly as painful or scary because of Kim. You can tell these people love what they do. Wonderful facility.”
