I did customer service for Coca-Cola corporate and good customer is priority to me. When the front desk and apologized for the wait, it blew me away. The first time I have ever heard of that in a medical facility. Normally they portray an environment that they don't care. Kudos to the front desk.

I have been to this clinic several times and have gotten excellent results. I have not had to wait very long at all. Everyone is very friendly. Doctors are very nice and do not rush you.

They were very busy and I did have a bit of a wait BUT the workers were so friendly. The front desk were helpful and attentive to patient needs. The medical assistant did her job well and the nurse practitioner gave a thorough exam despite being swamped.
