Excellent service from Russell's Refrigeration. My Trane unit quit cooling on a Saturday morning, and Spencer came out the same day, quickly diagnosed a bad capacitor, replaced it, and had the system running again in no time. He also serviced both of our units, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. The total bill was very fair, especially for weekend service. I highly recommend Russell's Refrigeration and Spencer for any HVAC needs.
