Extremely pleased with care provided to my mom, Nonaree Calloway by Home Instead Clinton. The schedulers were always willing to adjust schedules to meet the needs of mom. It’s difficult to know exactly what you need, especially in the beginning and they never made you feel bad about making last minute changes even though I knew it added more work for them.
The care givers-sitters provided were absolutely wonderful with mom! Home instead does a great job screening and hiring their staff. I can't tell you how happy I have been with the service and care that Home Instead has provided my family, specifically my mother and sister. It was a scary process to try and find in-home care for my mom after her stroke and to help my sister. Home Instead took as much time as I needed to explain everything to me, and to make sure myself, my mom, and my sister were very confident in the process. Home Instead works closely with us on schedule, and has provided amazing care to my mom. I can't imagine anyone else providing this level of care and understanding, to both the patient and the family. You should feel confident in using Home Instead, as they treat you like family.
