This was the absolute worse experience I have had in a long time. Let me start by saying the front desk staff is nice and welcoming. Mrs. Tina was the best and soooo kind.However, Frank Reese is so rude and argumentative!!! He first tried to down play how I was feeling about my eye issues telling that it could not possible be feeling like that or the incident didn't happen. Second, the front desk lady wrote that I had Medicaid on the paperwork by mistake. So he assumed I had Medicaid and tells me he doesn't know how I could possible have glasses and contact while on Medicaid. Worst customer service ever. They want you to pay up front even if you have vision insurance. So, we did. When they finally filed a claim and got the check, they said they sent the check back because the bill had been paid. But, they should have deposited the check and sent us a check. They didn't. Plus my eye glasses have never worked right. No, we will never come back again. I don't recommend this business at all.

Not sure why this place is rated so poorly. But I’ve been going here for years and I’ve never had a problem. Everyone is nice and they help me out with this poor eyesight of mine. lol
