Today was a awesome amazing day ,??♀️I had no money an needed some help I called loanmax the day before to see what I needed to get To get a title loan Ms,shanairell communication an costumer services make me feel so welcome,I drove down to see here an it was a awesome experience.i come to a road block an she help me right on though.her customer service skills are welcoming kind an an very help .i will be walking away today an when I need some help agin I’m come back to Loanmax were I feel welcome happy fun an friendly thank you Ms Shanairell you awesome an hope to see you agin thanks Loanman.
I came in for a loan and to ask general questions about the loan and some Dusty mf (Customer NOT employee) tried me. I was very close to sending that heffa to her maker but I was approached by Marquita who was very nice, professional and knowledgeable about my current situation. She's an amazing manager who has plenty of knowledge. I literally asked her everything I could think of to make that decision. She was able to assist by going above and beyond to solve my issue. Marquita is VERY professional we need more people like her in the customer service field. Keep up the AMAZING work. I've already recommended this place to ALL of my peers!
