Bear's Fitness Center has every weight machine you could ever think of to work out on and treadmills, elipticals, & cycles. Pete can instruct you on the proper form you should have & guide you in working up an exercise routine for whatever your needs are. There is also a deli there with the most delicious, healthy food.
