The salon itself is beautiful, but unfortunately the service doesn’t match. Customer service is poor, and they appear to be understaffed.
I’ve witnessed them pick and choose who they serve first, which feels unprofessional. I stopped by for a quick eyebrow wax, asked about the wait time, and was simply told “not right now” with no explanation or attempt to assist.
I usually drive to Flowood for service, and after this experience, I’ll continue doing that. The prices may be cheaper here, but the lack of customer service and overall quality isn’t worth it. This was my last visit.
