They are very quick and efficient. This would be a good thing if I wasn't one of the only customers. I was there for an overlay and pedicure. I ended up going with basic nails because everything I requested "couldn't be done". My pedicure was very quick... less than 30 min including polish, it didn't seem like they took time to do anything and I paid for an upgrade. But I will say my feet looked great when I left! If only they had better customer service.

I’ve been going to Polish Nails & Spa for years now! I enjoy the environment, and absolutely love the employees! Everyone is super friendly and professional, they make sure they understand exactly what you want and do an amazing job at achieving your expectations. Definitely recommend to anyone that’s new to the area or trying to find a new nail place :)
