I visited the clinic today and nothing short of amazing from the customer service and care especially considering I was a walk-in. The wait was not long at all and every staff member was friendly and helpful. The staff was knowledgeable regarding co-pays and explaining warranties/fees. I am really pleased and enjoyed my visit today. I usually go to the location in Byram but this Jackson staff was phenomenal. I love? good customer service, if I could tip I would lol Shoutout to Dr. Bullin and the entire staff. 10 out of 10 recommend ??Sincerely,A happy customer ?
I’ve been coming to this location for years, I’ve never had any complaints until now! I recently went in for my routine eye exam. My appointment was at 2:30. When I arrived I was told I couldn’t be serviced unless I had a mask on. I didn’t have a problem with that. I went and got a mask. When I returned I noticed that everyone didn’t have to follow the same rules because there was a lady in there with no mask!! If you guys have a mask rule then everyone should have to follow this same rule!!
