I put 2 pair of new dress pants in the cleaner on March 5 the older lady was there and a young lady I asked for my dad pants the hem to be taken out the older lady told me $16 a piece and she would steam them for free well after I went to go pick them them after a week they still wasn't ready so when I talked to her daughter on the phone she said they was waiting on some type of taping strip ok now the daughter called me march 17 saying they was ready I go there to pick the pants up now the total is $51 for what so I said I wasn't paying that what happened to the $16 a piece so the daughter came and explained it was $2 extra a piece for the taping ok fine that's only...read full review

Completely ruined my jeans. Faded like they were just thrown in the washing machine. I could’ve did that at home without OVER paying because their prices are definitely higher than everyone else’s in the area. Older white lady who works the front counter attitude is really bad, she should not be dealing with customers. Will not return . If I could give zero rating, I would.

They had my spicy chicken strips. That was the only plus side to going there,an a spicy attitude to go with it.with a side of over cooked Biscuits. I was over charged an had to go inside to get a refund for my biscuits. Well, after telling the cashier what I wanted, she then told the manager. Who made her executive decision to override my return and give me some fresh ones. Never asked me if I still wanted the refund and how many biscuits did i have. The end...... WOW
