“JCS Enterprise installed a great wrought iron fence for our corner lot front yard in Memphis. Jeff was honest and up-front about the work schedule (& the final price did not change from the original quote) while Amber was quick with a call-back or phone update. We did have to wait until the job could start due to their work backlog, but we knew about that before signing on what the timetable was going to be, and they broke ground at the projected timeframe. The workers were respectful and the foreman Oliver was very solicitous to ensure any minor deviation was approved before moving forward. Jeff and Oliver also made several recommendations while the install was in progress based on their experience that improved upon our initial fence plan. Louis (the gate specialist) made sure both gates (one car, one pedestrian) operated smoothly and flawlessly, and even did some same-day welding re-work to improve the aesthetics of the sliding vehicle gate to make sure we were happy. It wasn't cheap, but our whole family feels much safer and more secure with the fence installed, and we continue to get compliments about it all the time. I am positive it will make our house easier to sell when the time comes to move. The JCS team made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving, and I would highly recommend them for any homeowner or business fencing project. The wait was worth it!“
