“Choosing Brezinski's Security Doors is one of the best decisions I've made! My grandma's doors needed some repairs badly due to their age and wear and tear from over the years. So, I started pricing doors at different places and found that Brezinski's had the best prices and is a locally owned business. The customer service provided by Ms. Katie was welcoming and she helped me select some options for my grandma. Once my grandma approved of the door and selected the color she wanted, the door was ordered. We didn't have to wait long for the door to arrive which was amazing. Mr. Jimmy does the installation and he shows up on time and does an amazing job. “They did a great job. The guy that did the estimate didn't take into account my current door was wood which is thinner than the new one. This would require new tracks but that wasn't included in the quote. I accepted the quote. When they arrived today they had brought the new track (which wasn't in the quote). I asked if there would be an extra charge and Jonathon (the owner) said NO, NO EXTRA CHARGE. It was their error and he would stand by his quote and still do the job correctly. That's what I call honesty and integrity. That's how business should be done. Definitely go with them.“
