Ole Brook Heating and Cooling did a great job with installation of a mini split in a shop. The work was prompt, fair, timely and done professionally. The unit has an 8 year warranty and is backed by a competent company, well worth peace of mind. They will service home A/C units after they saw the quality of their work. They also evaluate and clean ducts, replace ducts that were resting on ceiling joist and adding unneeded weight causing some sweating ceilings. When a compressor was bad they planned to replace the unit and air handler, they performed all work safely and quickly. Employee and office staff knocked it out the park for a home run. People appreciate the fair quote and peace of mind with a competent professionally done job.
Absolutely the BEST experience. I had a minisplit installed in my small house. It is cooling so well. It is quiet. Absolutely recommend Ole Brook Heating and Cooling. They are the best!

They are going to service our home A/C units too now after I saw the quality of their work.
I had them out to repair something yesterday and then my ac won't turn off. I call them back less than 12 hours later and the dispatcher wants to try to tell me that it says it was working yesterday. Yes it was blowing but they did not turn it off so how would they know it wouldn't turn off? She tried to tell me that the boss came. Like as if that means a mistake couldn't have been made. It's like she was trying to tell me that they shouldn't come back out or something like it wasn't their fault. I paid a lot of money for this and the owner Kevin is very nice but I don't appreciate the dispatcher and whoever who's not even stepped foot in my house or looked at my AC unit...read full review
