“I was looking for a provider to clear brush and small trees. After contacting multiple companies, I contracted with Heck Services. I received a call back and meet With Erik with in the day. Erik looked at my land, listened to what I had planned and provided options to accomplish my goal. I choose to pay a day rate for two forestry mulchers. I had 2 acers (more or less) needing attention. My job was scheduled with in two days. The equipment was brought in the day before and the crew was onsite early to start. Even though I was told the job would progress fast. I was a bit doubtful. Well I was wrong. The three man crew knocked out the original area and then asked if I needed any additional work done. With my remaining time (I had them for 8 hours), we took out some larger trees and pushed out onto additional areas ( I have 21 acers). The crew was very safe and efficient. The equipment was clean and well maintained. At one point in the day, the larger of the two machines broke a cutting tooth. This was changed out in the field with minimal down time. All in all my experience was a total pleasure. My land is vastly improved and looks great. If needed, I will have them back to do additional clearing.“
