“I'm not typically inclined to leave reviews, but I feel compelled to commend this team for their outstanding kindness, honesty, and helpfulness. As a resident of Iowa with family in Hattiesburg, I helped my daughter find a trustworthy plumber to address a severely clogged sink requiring professional expertise. Mitch invested time in discussing potential solutions with me over the phone, aiming to reduce costs. Although further assistance proved necessary, his crew, Brian and Dakota, worked tirelessly for 4.5 hours to resolve the issue. My daughter reported that they demonstrated exceptional professionalism, kindness, and dedication. Upon contacting Mitch to settle the payment, I found his prices to be remarkably competitive, especially when compared to other companies charging upwards of $125 per hour. I strongly recommend reaching out to Mitch, as his exceptional customer service, personable approach, and fair pricing guarantee a positive experience.”
